How to Unpost/Unfreeze a Cutoff

Step 1: Go to Payroll > Cutoff Management

Step 2: Find the Cutoff you want to Unpost (IMPORTANT: Only Cutoff that has a "Posted" status can be unposted)

Step 3: Click the "View" button under the Cutoff

Step 4: Click the "Unpost" button

Step 5: A confirmation message will show, click Unpost

Step 6: Wait until the unposting is finished
